Columbia Plaza Façade Investigation and Repair

Project Description: SEG provided an investigation/assessment of the façade and repairs to the building envelope to remediate damage caused by water infiltration. The work involved removal and replacement of the existing concealed gutter system, replacement of corroded steel clips, and repairs to the failing ledge stones, followed by re-caulking and re-pointing.
